Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to one-time scan credit purchases made for use with Inhumans.io.
Effective date: May 22, 2026
1. One-Time Credit Purchases
Inhumans.io sells one-time scan credit packs. Credits do not renew automatically and are not subscription products. Each credit may be used for one verified-domain scan and related report generation.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within seven days after purchase for unused credits. If credits have been used, consumed, transferred, or otherwise redeemed, we may deny the request or provide a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Technical Credit Refunds
If a technical failure prevents a scan from starting or completing, we may return the affected scan credit to your account. A credit refund is not the same as a payment refund and does not automatically reverse the original payment transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, misuse, unauthorized scanning, violation of our terms or policies, chargeback abuse, or other conduct that creates risk to Inhumans.io, Polar, users, or third parties.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@inhumans.io with your account email, purchase date, receipt or checkout details, and the reason for the request. Payment refunds are processed through Polar where applicable.
