By accessing or using Inhumans.io, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

2. The Service

Inhumans.io provides software tools for verified-domain security scanning, security findings, reports, remediation guidance, and AI-assisted fix handoff prompts. The service is provided for informational and operational support purposes only and is not a substitute for professional security, legal, compliance, or risk-management advice.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident involving your account.

4. Authorized Use Only

You may only submit domains, systems, and assets that you own, control, or are expressly authorized to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, contracts, policies, and third-party rights.

5. Credits, Payments, and Taxes

Inhumans.io sells one-time scan credit packs through Polar. One credit may be used for one verified-domain scan and related report generation. Credits are not subscription seats, do not renew automatically, and have no cash value except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Prices, taxes, fees, and checkout terms may be shown and processed by Polar.

6. Security Scan Limitations

Security scans may be incomplete, unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by network conditions, target configuration, rate limits, blocked requests, third-party services, or product limitations. Findings may include false positives or false negatives. We do not guarantee that any domain, application, or system is secure, compliant, or free of vulnerabilities.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or if your use creates risk to Inhumans.io, users, third parties, or the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inhumans.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
